Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at theoutlets.work@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theoutletslb.com and we will guide you through the process.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Items on final sale or clearance
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable goods
